Eric M. Parchment joined the firm as an Associate in 2016, after earning his JD from Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law. His role includes managing dispositive motions and appeals, as well as handling mediation, settlement, and court conferences. He actively argues motions and conducts depositions in complex litigation matters. His responsibilities extend to all aspects of case investigation, drafting pleadings, research, and handling matters related to wrongful death and surrogate court estates. Mr. Parchment is involved in trial preparation, depositions, and appeals across various Personal Injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, premises liability, product liability, and cases involving nursing home abuse.
Born and raised on Long Island, Mr. Parchment has deep local connections. He has gained substantial legal experience by clerking at the Nassau County Supreme Court and interning at the Nassau County Attorney’s Office, Nassau County District Attorney’s Office, New York State Attorney General’s Office, and the office of U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer.
